Group Classes
These boxing sessions are for everyone: it does not matter if you are a beginner just starting on your fitness journey, or well advanced, everyone can join. My group classes are a great way to get in shape, meet new people, and have fun all at the same time.
Group Training sessions are a great opportunity to interact with other people who are all working towards similar fitness goals. This works incredibly motivating while you are reaping the many benefits of boxing.
All training sessions are offered in a wonderful and motivational studio and groups are limited to a maximum of 6 people to make sure everyone gets personal attention and no one is left out.
I provide guidance, encouragement, and modifications to make sure that you are getting the most out of your workout. Whether you're looking to lose weight, gain muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness and feel better, group fitness classes are a great way to achieve your goals.
I offer morning and afternoon
sessions every day from Monday to Saturday, and you can come in as many times as
you like and need. There are drop-in rates available
for single group classes but also have group class packages available to suit your
budget.
